About Us

We started Dog Star Marine because we believe too many boats are forlornly tied to the docks, rarely making it out onto the water. Like most sailors we are dreamers and we dream of a world where each boat owner is able to spend more time out on the water than they do at the dock working on their boat. Dog Star's mission is to help you solve the marine electrical, equipment, and networking issues that keep you tied to the docks. 

Where we go a step beyond the rest is our qualified staff who continually updates the knowledge base on the site teaching you the fundamentals, processes, project plans, and pre-created kits of common equipment and connectors to take these projects from dreams to reality.
